DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?

All products are made to order. Fulfillment typically takes 3–7 business days, after which your order is shipped.

Estimated shipping times:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

Where does my order ship from?

We work with a print-on-demand fulfillment partner with facilities worldwide. Orders ship from the facility that can fulfill them most efficiently.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes charged by your local customs office. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

DO YOU SHIP EVERYTHING TOGETHER?

Not always. Items may ship separately if they’re fulfilled at different facilities. You may receive multiple packages.

My order hasn’t arrived yet—what should I do?

Before contacting us, please:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for address errors
  • Contact your local post office
  • Check with neighbors

If the address was correct and the package still hasn’t arrived, contact us at shopthedawg@gmail.com with your order number.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed. Reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What happens to unclaimed packages?

Packages that go unclaimed are returned to the fulfillment facility and held for up to 30 days. After that period, they may be donated to charity.

ORDERS

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

What if my order is delayed?

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the order is confirmed lost, a replacement will be issued. Orders marked as “delivered” are not considered lost.

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include photos.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

We do not offer size or color exchanges. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved claims will be replaced at no cost.

PRODUCT CARE

How do I keep my gear looking fresh?

To protect the "Dawg" prints and keep the fabric premium:

WASH: Inside out, in cold water, use a mild detergent with a gentle cycle.

AIR DRY: Hang dry (best for longevity). If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.

STAIN REMOVAL: Wash the item in cold water first. If needed, gently spot clean with mild detergent and air dry. Avoid heat and bleach. Dry cleaning is not recommended unless stated on the product label.

DO NOT IRON: Do not iron directly on prints.

Will my item shrink or fade?

Minor shrinkage or fading may occur over time, especially if care instructions aren’t followed. This is normal wear and tear and not considered a defect.
