Refund policy

All products are made to order. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Claims and Eligibility

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims determined to be the result of a fulfillment error will be covered at our expense. To submit a claim, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.

Returned Shipments

The return address is set by default to our fulfillment partner’s facility. When a returned shipment is received, an automated notification may be sent. Unclaimed returns are held for 30 days and then donated to charity. Refunds are not issued for unclaimed shipments. If a return is sent to a different address, we are not responsible for returned items received outside the fulfillment facility.

Wrong Address

If an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient shipping address is provided and the shipment is returned, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer once a corrected address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Packages

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the fulfillment facility. Reshipping an unclaimed order is available at the customer’s expense, if applicable. Unclaimed orders that are not reshipped within 30 days may be donated to charity without a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Sealed goods
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (such as face masks)

Returned items of this nature will not be reshipped and may be disposed of due to health and safety regulations.

Buyer’s Remorse and Exchanges

Except where required by local law, we do not refund or accept returns for buyer’s remorse, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Ordering the wrong item

Size exchanges and voluntary returns are not offered. If a replacement is requested outside of a fulfillment error, a new order must be placed at the customer’s expense.

Brazil Customers

Customers residing in Brazil who wish to return an order due to regret must contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the item and provide a photo of the product. Returned items are evaluated to confirm they have not been used or damaged. Refunds are not issued if the product shows signs of use or destruction.

Product Care Disclaimer

Damage caused by improper care, washing, heat, chemicals, bleach, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a defect and is not eligible for refunds or replacements. Minor shrinkage, fading, or wear over time is considered normal wear and tear.

EU Consumer Notice

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
  • Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

We reserve the right to refuse returns in these cases.

Governing Language

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
